To ensure the provision of safe, secure, and trustworthy services, we have established the following fundamental policies, which are thoroughly communicated to all employees and strictly adhered to.

- The Company complies with the Personal Information Protection Law and all related laws and regulations. Additionally, we have established internal rules regarding personal information protection (“Company Regulations”), which are implemented, maintained, and continuously improved. We have also established a management system for personal information protection and ensure that all executives and employees are fully aware of and comply with these regulations.
- The Company handles personal information within the scope of the purposes explicitly communicated to customers. Personal information provided by customers will not be disclosed or shared with third parties unless the customer has given consent or there is a legitimate reason to do so.
- The Company strives to keep personal information accurate and up to date while taking necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access, leaks, loss, or damage. We continuously improve and correct our information security measures.
- The Company promptly and sincerely responds to inquiries or requests regarding personal information from customers.
Purpose of Personal Information Use
The Company explicitly states the purpose of collecting personal information before obtaining it and uses it within the specified scope. If it becomes necessary to use personal information beyond the stated purpose, we will notify the customer and obtain their consent before proceeding. The purposes for which we use personal information are as follows:

- Sending information about services and events
- Providing customer support and maintenance
- Responding to inquiries and consultations
- Offering various membership-based services
- Conducting service development, surveys, and monitoring programs
- Fulfilling contractual obligations
- Recruitment Applicant Information
- Providing and communicating recruitment-related information (including internships)
- Managing recruitment processes
Proper Acquisition of Personal Information
The Company acquires personal information through lawful and fair means.
Provision of Personal Information
- The Company will not disclose or provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With the customer’s consent
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect life, health, or property and obtaining the customer’s consent is difficult
- When outsourcing personal information handling within the scope necessary to achieve the intended purpose
- In cases of business succession due to mergers, company splits, or business transfers
- Notwithstanding the above, the Company may provide customer information (such as name, address, and phone number) to affiliated companies or agents when deemed appropriate for service provision or inquiry responses. In such cases, customers may request the suspension of such information sharing.
