Graduated from Akita International University. After working in the M&A division and internal audit office of an independent firm, he was assigned to the Philippines in 2015, where he was involved in over 100 projects. He also gained experience in launching new branches and overseeing organizational management. Upon returning to Japan, he worked on domestic projects as the Nagoya branch manager.

In 2019, he joined Deloitte Tohmatsu, providing FAS, PMI, and various due diligence services to listed companies.

In 2023, he founded Camellia Consulting Inc. and in 2024, he was appointed as a Director and Secretary-General of the Cebu Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Earned a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Tokyo’s Graduate School of Medicine.

As a manager in Accenture’s Strategy Group, he led business transformation initiatives across the healthcare sector, including medical devices and insurance, as well as in adjacent fields such as agriculture, logistics, smart cities, and disaster recovery in the public sector.

In 2023, he joined Camellia Consulting Inc., focusing on organizational reform, marketing, and international expansion in the healthcare industry.

Jeme Ann Bregente, CPA, CTT, CPP

Jeme Ann began her career in 2017 at Diaz Murillo Dalupan and Company CPA’s (DMD), one of the Philippines’ leading accounting firms, before moving to a Japanese accounting firm where she built extensive experience in accounting and tax consulting. She has worked across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, IT, and foreign-owned companies, and is well versed in BPO and PEZA-related taxation as well as international tax matters, including client accounts in the UK and the US. Since January 2024, she has served as Manager, supporting multinational clients operating in the Philippines with accounting, tax, labor, and various due diligence engagements.

Raphael Cabios, CPA

Raphael brings more than 11 years of experience as a CPA, including 8 years in audit and tax at Crowe Philippines (Ramon F. Garcia and Co., CPAs). He then joined Ernst & Young (EY) Philippines, where he handled bookkeeping and senior-level engagement management for clients including Japanese, Australian, and New Zealand companies, as well as tax audit support. He subsequently served as Group Accounting and Tax Manager at a major multinational food manufacturer, overseeing tax audits, financial closing, and the development of internal controls. With deep expertise in accounting standards and taxation, he supports overseas client engagements, tax audits, and due diligence projects.

Midori Igarashi

After graduating from Brigham Young University in Hawaii, Midori oversaw the administration and accounting departments at a major PEZA manufacturing company in the Philippines (a manufacturing and export company with approximately 1,100 employees). He led the turnaround of the accounting department, accelerating monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes and reducing audit findings. He also gained broad management experience spanning quality control, procurement, IT implementation, and import/export administration. At our firm, he focuses on supporting the accounting, tax, labor, and legal needs of manufacturing and IT clients.

Kyosuke Furuya

Kyosuke holds a Master’s in Accounting from the Australian National University and has passed all sections of the US CPA exam. While studying economics at Hosei University, he also studied in the University of Sydney. At Accenture Philippines, he worked in financial accounting, managing general ledger and other accounting processes while driving automation of SAP data processing. He then moved to Iter Consulting Philippines, where he has worked as an SAP FI consultant, supporting migration projects to S/4HANA, among others. Combining deep accounting knowledge with systems and process improvement expertise, he leverages this strength at our firm to improve clients’ accounting and tax processes and to support a variety of due diligence engagements.

Charlaine Abaquita, CPA

Charlaine brings accounting and tax experience from the automotive and BPO industries, including bookkeeping across multiple accounting systems, accounts payable/receivable and cash management, inventory control, invoice and payment processing, payroll, and the preparation and guidance of various BIR filings. She joined our firm in September 2025, and since March 2026 has worked as a Supervisor handling accounting for dozens of multinational client accounts.
