Outsourced Bookkeeping for Australian Small Businesses
Your books, reconciliations and BAS worksheets prepared by Philippine CPAs inside your own Xero file — reconciled, documented and ready for your registered BAS or tax agent to review and lodge.
What we prepare each month
- Bank, credit card and clearing account reconciliations, coded to your chart of accounts.
- Accounts payable and receivable processing, with a consolidated query list rather than daily back-and-forth.
- GST coding reviewed transaction by transaction, so the quarter does not become an archaeology project.
- Payroll data prepared for your Single Touch Payroll submission, including leave and superannuation schedules.
- A BAS worksheet reconciled to the general ledger, with the supporting schedules your agent needs to sign it off.
Who lodges your BAS?
Your registered agent does. In Australia, BAS services provided for a fee are regulated and must be provided by an agent registered with the Tax Practitioners Board. We are not a registered BAS agent, we do not lodge with the ATO, and we do not advise on your tax positions.
We do the work underneath, for your agent and under their direction: the coding, the reconciliations, the schedules and the worksheet, handed over in a form they can check quickly rather than rebuild. If you do not have an agent yet, that is the one piece to keep in place — we work alongside whoever you appoint.
A typical month
- Days 1–3. Prior month coded and reconciled through to closing balances.
- Days 4–5. One consolidated query list to you — unmatched receipts, unclear payments, anything that needs your call.
- Days 6–8. Payroll data prepared and management reports issued.
- Quarter end. BAS worksheet reconciled and handed to your agent with supporting schedules.
Common questions
Can you lodge our BAS for us?
No. We are not a registered BAS agent and we do not lodge with the ATO. We prepare and reconcile the work for your registered BAS or tax agent, who reviews and lodges it.
What are the working hours compared with ours?
The Philippines is two hours behind Sydney and Melbourne. A question sent at the end of your day is usually answered before you open the next morning, and most of the working day overlaps.
Do you work in our Xero file?
Yes. You invite us with the permission level you choose, and you can change or revoke it at any time. We do not move your data to our own system.
We use MYOB, not Xero.
That is fine — we work in MYOB as well.
What does it cost?
From A$420 a month for up to 100 transactions, A$850 for up to 300, and A$1,600 for up to 700 with payroll and a year-end pack. A fixed monthly fee, quoted once we have seen your file. Catching up a backlog is priced separately.
We also work with businesses in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. See how the service works in full.
